Cari B&B di Athens

"It's a very well maintained property, very clean and neat. Amenities (breakfast, snacks, soda, water, beer, wine) are great and staff extremely nice (and available). Room (Ivey) was just what we needed, retro decoration, nice bed, large bathroom. Location is great (S. Milledge). Close to University (walkable), can walk to several restaurants and close to sororities/fraternities, but not within hearing distance. Would highly recommend for an upper scale visit to Athens or UGA"

"From the moment we entered the property, we felt like we had stepped into a different world. The beautiful structure of the home, the peaceful atmosphere, and how wonderfully maintained everything was made the entire place feel so welcoming and enchanting. Mr Colonel Mark was an excellent host! He recommended a wonderful place for us to have dinner, and the breakfast he prepared the next morning was absolutely incredible. "The Gillen House is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway that is close to Athens and not too far away from Atlanta. The hosts, Edward and Cynzia, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at breakfast was excellent. Especially the steaks and sides that we had for dinner on our arrival evening. The room was spotless and perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!"

"Lovely hotel nestled in an historic southern town. The public square and park are wonderful as are the shops and local restaurants. Note that the "park view" rooms get road noises late at night and early in the morning."

"The host had our room prepared for us and had a letter for us to help us with late check in. The food looked amazing even though we didn't get to eat it because we went to a football game. They had 24hr snacks. They had a beautiful pool. The location was amazing because it was on a farm."
