"The whole experience from booking to checking out was very easy and seamless. The condo we stayed in was recently remodeled and looked great. Left plenty of towels, etc... Location was very convenient to everything. Will be staying here again"

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "

"When we get in I noticed that the coffee table was dirty. Also the bed cover had noticeable red-brown stains (I took pictures) and the sofa bed’s brown blanket was dirty. We had to complain with the office to get new bed covers. All they just did was send us new bedcovers to our room. We were told we would have to change the bed covers. Not good."

"The staff who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was fine but loud much of the night. The carpet always felt like moss (damp, and spongy) because of the humidity. The bed was comfortable."

"Our oceanfront king room was great! The pool area was amazing and the staff is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. This was my second time there and I will definitely go again!"

"We checked in and went to the pool. Two hours later the guy at the front desk went into our room and looked through our things. He even called people on my husband’s phone! Then locked us out of the room and disabled our keys. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Just terrible!"

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"To start the pool was very nice, and the servers around the hotel are all personable, helpful, and really welcoming. The room we had was terrible, such a pungent Oder of urine in the hallway and worse in room 706. The shower had some red spots on the floor, the sheets were filthy - we switched rooms and then after we requested an ocean view we were given an ocean view room and switched again. I think they just need to get rid of the carpets. They are really unsanitary. So, overall it was ok....
