"When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!"

"The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee."

"The stay had a few drawbacks. The AC unit was quite loud, and the elevator felt rough and somewhat unreliable. However, the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to everything nearby."

"Do NOT book here! It was dirty! Trash in the bathroom floor. Horrible smell. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. Two bath towels for a room that sleeps 4. The person at the check in window didn’t want to give us anything else. I should have known to run away when it said all over the check in that no refunds after 15 of checking in! "

"the gentleman at check in counter was welcoming, friendly and courteous. The parking area is well lit at night. The hotel is conveniently located and with walking distance to convenient store, McDonald’s, Dennys, Pizza Hut Wendy’s, Jack in the Box. The rooms are somewhat dated and had an overly dingy, humid and damp smell when we walked in. The beds had a burnt cigarette hole and red lipstick stains on the covers. The A/C had dust and lint on the vents. The shower head had poor water run...
