"Green space for the dogs outside. Lots of poop bags, but yet guests choose not to use them with poop in some places. Clean rooms. Great reception/breakfast area. Unique beach/resort vibe at the front of the hotel. Unique way of putting the room numbers on each door. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. It is too bad there were so many cigarette butts all over when there were so many receptacles for them all over. It made the property look sloppy. As well stairs were dirty. The concrete walkways were also dirty. "

"This is a good place if you have kids with you (or plan to drink all night at the steak house) but not necessarily a relaxing hotel. The noise from the atrium was consistent even through the room walls, the ceiling was cracking and plaster was falling or missing, the sheets kept popping off the bed, and the bed itself was sagging so not very comfortable. I think with some renovations it could be a really cool spot but focus should be on the rooms themselves not the decor. "

"Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. "

"The room was NOT clean. It was the grossest hotel room i have ever been in. There were dirty handprints on the wall, stains and sticky stains on the couch- overall rundown and dirty. I am surprised at the rating for this property- it deserves a 1 or 2 at best. TERRIBLE AREA AS WELL. I WOULD NEVERSTAY HERE. My family and i left as soon as we saw the condition of the room."

"Loved everything about this place - clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, well-lit parking, tasty breakfast and very friendly staff - except the single use plastics at breakfast. It is 2026. Microplastics aside, have we not all seen the floating plastic islands by now? Some hotels have shifted to corn-based or more biodegradable single use flatware. Still, I would stay here again. "
