"The whole experience- with one caveat- was excellent. Clean rooms, fun lobby, courteous staff- all great. My caveat? Was we stayed overnight on a Tuesday and approximately 5 AM I believe on the far side of the building was trash pick up day on Wednesday and it was the noisiest, most raucous and long lasting trash pick up event ever. I will never stay on that side of the building on a Tuesday overnight again."

"We stayed one night at the Westin SFO and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was sophisticated and well designed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the restaurant was so good! Special kudos to our server, Bismarck, who was very friendly, attentive and professional, even though we showed up late in the evening. All in all, our night at the Westin was great!"

Excellent service, safe, nice breakfast, clean, safe parking, close to everywhere. Loved staying in here again (I came a few times already)."

"The hotel here was very lovely and 26th floor had such a beautiful city view. Clean room, kind staff, and great amenities here.
