"Exceptional location in Avila Beach with easy access to Alapay tasting room, Peloton tasting room and Avila Wine and Roasting tastings. The property itself is very hospitable with a common room set up to accommodate morning croissants and coffee, afternoon chips and salsa, a wine-centered happy hour in the late afternoon and pie and/or cookies at 8pm. It is much more geared towards older adults and we very much appreciated that maturity, quiet, and slower-paced energy."

"Our room was great, except we weren't happy about our lanai being right on the parking lot.....but I would stay here again and request the backside of the Inn for a nicer view. Would have been nice to have a concierge breakfast...they just had tea and coffee."

The main attractions are the pool and the views–they are both excellent. We also successfully ordered delivery and were impressed with the local food options. "My husband and I decided to take a quick getaway to Pismo Beach, and we found the perfect hotel right on the water! Our room was oceanfront, so we spent all day relaxing on the balcony right in front of the waves. The location was amazing—right on the boardwalk, just a minute from the pier and all the local restaurants. We truly had a wonderful three-day weekend and will definitely be back!"
