"The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food."

"⭐ Very poor hygiene & disappointing service I stayed here with my two children, aged 2 and 9, and was shocked to find visible blood stains on two mattresses in our room. This falls well below basic hygiene standards and is completely unacceptable for anyone staying there, especially young children. "It’s so refreshing to wake up to see the view of the Solent on a clear day and the waves lapping on the edges of the beach. The mature trees close to the Beach House truly gave a feeling of well being when one is close to nature. The Beach House holds a history of achievement firstly with the original residents, the Siemens’s family. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable....

"Very friendly, welcoming and clean from what we saw. We left 30mins before breakfast so unfortunately missed out on that. Only issue I have is one of the shower gels tubes used were empty. Otherwise comfortable bed and peaceful night. Would stay again snd recommend"

"The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay."
