"Parking was great, room was great, bed very comfortable."

"Hotel was ok for a quick night stay. Was clean enough and felt safe. Desk attendants checked us in and upon going to the room we entered to a room that was occupied and full of personal belongings and a dog. We had to return to be assigned a new room but this is unacceptable and unsafe! We also were not offered any form of breakfast even though it said it was included with the stay."

"This place was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes and weed the moment we walked in. There was a worm (live) on the bathroom floor. Two men followed us down the hall and tried to look in our room as we opened the door. We checked out regardless of whether or not we are going to get a refund."

"We didn't see much staff except front desk and the restaurant. Staff in restaurant were very fun and welcoming although the food was not good. We only had breakfast the first morning. The bed was very comfortable but there was no working hairdryer. The lighting at bathroom mirror was not substantial. The building is old and in some disrepair. I believe this location was rated two star and the rate was good. I prefer 3 and 4 star locations."

"The room was clean, but the bathrooms could use a little updating. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Air conditioning worked very well to keep the room comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, with lots of food available. We would recommend this hotel for your next stay in the Erie area."

"Room had an odd smell but otherwise was sparklingly clean. Maybe there was wet carpet somewhere in the room or something. However after the air ran for awhile it dissipated. The housekeeping staff is seriously top notch. I have not stayed in a hotel room this clean in years. I am so appreciative. It was a simple room but an excellent price, is clean and has all the basics. Can’t do better than that. Good management and hardworking staff. Kudos"

"The room was nice and clean but much smaller than I expected. Would have been nice if the TV was mounted on the wall so I could actually use the desk in the room. The breakfast was dreadful. Muffins were stale and the orange juice was going bad. Not impressed."

"They are in the mist of updating their look, so it wasn't the cleanest, and it also to me, made the facilities age really stand out. Room was clean and nice, a little big for my taste, especially with the lack of places to lay your stuff out. Plus the rooms for my need a few more lamps or something to get more light in the room, especially when entering the room. "

"This location is super! For the price and location, we were pleased. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the property is pet friendly. That is not a problem, but a guest brought her dog to breakfast, carrying it in her arm. It was very unsanitary when she carried the dog to the buffet. The pet's nose was less than 6 inches from our food. This is disgusting to me, and a health hazard."

"We had a great stay! Staff were very friendly and we bought the breakfast deal- well worth the 5$!!! Each person gets to order from the menu and the servings were plenty and hot!! This was my second stay because the first was great too!"

"Booked through Expedia and specified 2 beds as I was sharing the room with my employee. Clerk said it didn't come through that way from Expedia but happily moved us to a different room."
