"The staff are very nice, respectful and helpful. They made everything very easy. The hotel rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel's location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk to Aya Sophia and the Basilica, and about 10 minutes to Topkapi. The hotel is also two minutes walk from the tram station that gets you anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there next time."

"The location was excellent next to the historical sights. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms were very appointed and modern. Jem on the staff was helpful and the housekeeper was very good. However the other staff members were not very knowledgeable or pleased to willing to help. I would visit again, but I would not depend on tour advice or assistance past airport transfers. It’s a very nice hotel but could be great with more actual tour assistance."
