"This is a beautiful property, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The room was beautiful but small (typical for Europe). No wash cloths in the bath, again; typical for European hotels. The biggest detractors are the location. It apparently is not accessible via automobile because our transfer van and our transfer van to the cruise terminal both parked uphill and around the corner from the hotel requiring us to drag our bags about 50 m over cobblestone. "Stayed in December Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help. Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace. Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."
