"A very unique experience. It met my expectations. Owner was very accommodating. Need a car, but then everything is very close. Nice pool, nice private outside areas as well as common areas. Extremely affordable. Keep in mind , I stayed in the Gypsy wagon Queenie for 2 weeks, it’s small but it has what you need. They also have an outdoor kitchen area where we occasionally cooked our own breakfast. Owner gave us a dozen eggs . I look forward to going back again "

"Everything was excellent from the check in staff to the housekeeping. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and trash emptied. We rented a car from their car rental at Ocean Drive. Low cost that includes the insurance. AC worked great and the small kitchen met our basic needs. Second stay and we will be back! "

"I had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. The location is a major advantage everything is within close reach, making it incredibly convenient to get from the city back to the comfort of your room in just minutes. The only point to be aware of is that the rooms can be a bit noisy, as sounds from the hallway carry through. However, this is the only minor drawback in an otherwise excellent stay."

"Staff were exceptional(especially Pete and Santos). Just those two alone make us can wait until we come back next Dec. hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and well designed, pools were clean, plenty of lunge chairs, umbrellas and pergola shade coverings. "Good stay, has everything you need for a good price if you want to avoid spending arm and leg at the Marriott across the street and if you don’t mind the 5 min walk. My brother was getting married at the Marriott so i mostly used their facilities and was surprised that no one asked or cared if i was staying there or not but that said Lagunita’s pool and facilities are nice and quaint and the room is nice and clean. "First of all, Expedia needs to update the description of the property, its not a hotel, it doesnt have a casino or a spa. However, its a well kept and clean modern apartment building in a safe area, close to the night life, good restaurants, beaches. I was in unit 20, Jessica was very pleasant and accommodating, the unit was modern, clean, roomy and very comfortable. I definitely recommend and would stay there again."

"Very nice stay, room was simple but clean, had all needed kitchen appliances. Very nice grill and big table for shared use brought families and kids together. Very nice private patio with table and chairs. Nice cozy pool area. Would benefit from a sign next to washer and dryer for ppl to pick up their staff as soon as completed. Otherwise was awesome, would definitely come back and recommend to others. Management responsible and replied right away even at 11pm which was surprising :)"
