"The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF...

"Excellent location, right on Haeundae Beach. Hotel is beautiful and the staff does a great job catering to the needs of its guests. The pools are of varying temperatures (wade pool, lap pool soaking pool, and outdoor pool) and the locker rooms are well stocked and attended to regularly by staff. We loved having the use of the free self-service laundry (detergent not provided) and lending library, which was a unique feature compared against other hotels. Breakfast at Aria was of good variety and...

"The hotel was great! Our room had a beautiful view of Haeundae beach. It was incredibly convenient, close to lots of restaurants and an emart was located right inside. The staff were also very kind, the room cleaning service was excellent and we had a clean and comfortable room to come home to after a long day of exploring Busan. Overall, had a wonderful experience there!"

"Great location, minutes walk to the subway and the beach. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff who gave us solid food recommendations. We loved the pool, but it was a bit inconvenient because we couldn't bring room towels/robes to the pool and there was no changeroom so we had to awkwardly ride the elevator with our soaked bathing suits. A bit confusing upon arrival because there's two hotels next to each other with very similar names."

"Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Viel zu teuer. Hotel in der 2. Reihe. Die Fotos vom Meerblick sind gemogelt. Zimmerfotos überarbeitet. Meerblick nur eingeschränkt. Frühstück gruselig, kaum Auswahl, nichts wurde aufgefüllt. Umgebung schlimmer wie Ballermann und Faro zusammen. Furchtbar laut und dreckig, wenn man Korea kennt."
