"Fick ett rum som var halva storleken av det vi bokat och betalt för. Kompakt möblering utan plats för bagage eller möjlighet att hänga upp kläder. Fungerande köksdel, men rummet verkade inte vara tänkt att bli ett hotellrum. Bra badrum. Hade trots vårt påpekande inte f ått länk till betalning och inpassering. Nästan två timmars försening utanför lokalerna. Personalen försökte, men verkade inte ha behörighet eller kompetens. "
