"Que dire d'un hôtel dont le client doit lui-même appeler le serveur pour mettre en service le WI-FI défaillant et, bien sûr, payer alors que ce service est inclus sans la prestation?... Que dire d'un hôtel dont la piscine intérieure, est ouverte sur les deux étages des chambres des clients ? Impossible dans ces conditions de dormir avant 23 heures quand les gamins ont fini d'y chahuter et les parents de faire de même... Que dire d'un hôtel dont la piscine, objet de beaucoup de bruits, est bordée...

"Extremely run down property. Pool was not working, paint chipping off everywhere, the wooden benches in sauna were all broken you can’t sit down, fitness equipment old and run down. Truly sad. Lack of upkeep… sure that at some point in time it was a great hotel."

"Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here"
