"Stayed at two other California hostels in the past couple of years and this one was by far the best. Very private double bed, great bathroom facilities, and overall just a really great experience. My only complaint would be that the kitchen area is small. Hard for more than one person to move around in there."

I loved the thoughtful touch of having coffee and small snacks available on the floor, tucked away in a hidden wardrobe. There’s also more affordable public parking just two blocks away, which was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have a complimentary bottle of water available in the room without any extra charge."

"Our room was clean. the staff was great. I have stayed here before and really like the hotel. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I will stay there again for the following reasons: There were annoying plumbing issues in our room. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain well. The tub stopper didn't stay open. The shower valve was sticking and difficult to turn. Water barely came out of the shower head because the valve to turn on the shower leaked.
