"Great Hotel with excellent breakfast and service. Great water pressure and hot water. We went to Machu Picchu and got delayed for 2 days returning. We had valuables in the room and our check out was expiring. We rebooked and messaged the hotel. They took care of everything. When we returned all our valuables were secured. HIGHLY recommend this hotel."

"I enjoyed my stay at Atoq. It was convenient to Plaza de Armas, and so much more. We walked everywhere. There were plenty of food options close to us too, as well as laundromats (we used the hotel laundry service, it was very reasonable). Breakfast was so good, I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were beyond kind, helpful and welcoming. My only complaint is, the bed pillows were awful. And the mattress wasn’t too comfortable, my friends had the same sentiment. "The staff was FANTASTIC! There was always someone at the lobby, 24/7 and everyone was always smiling and willing to help. The rooms were clean, the beds were cozy and warm (with an extra blanket!), the wifi was quite good, although there were moments it wasn’t loading. The hotel was very well located! It was near the main square and many restaurants. The breakfast was quite complete, I just wish there had been a few more gluten free options, but there were a few good options to pick from:)...

"I stay for one night, had to leave very early for flight back. They packed a breakfast bag ready at 4:30am! I stayed three hotels during my time in Peru, this was the only hotel I felt comfortable. The temperature in the room was warm! Every else were cold and uncomfortable. Great place to stay. "

"Good hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell.
