"The hot tub was green and the pool was in such disrepair it felt unsafe to even get in with chlorine tablets sitting right at the return and the light hanging out by the wire and sitting on the pool edge. With this being the only 2 search criteria I chose it was very disappointing to say the least. Also the room we were giving had a missing smoke alarm the wire was there hanging from the ceiling however. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. "This was a horrible experience. Booked a two night stay in a non-smoking double bed room because I had two children with me. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was changed to a smoking queen bedroom, I accepted due to it being late at night. The room was DISGUSTING with stained sheets and it REEKED. Went downstairs and asked for a different room, was told there wasn’t a double bed available. As I was leaving the front desk staff stopped me and said “if you have cash, I can find something.”...

Reserved nonsmoking room.. receptionist stated they didnt hv any more rooms altho at 7 am day of checkout parking lot empty and rooms were still empty.. so a liar! No deposit tho. Wud not stay again. "My only criticisms The hotel has no parking, the carpet in the room was stained and very dirty the a/c as mentioned in many other reviews was very noisy for some reason they keep a tight hold on the shower gel The bottles are just enough for a single shower and that’s just what they leave you with you will have to make repeated requests for shower gel -just a odd thing That being said it is a nice downtown location There is a outdoor pool I did not use The staff was wonderful and friendly...

"Ice maker inop. TV inop (actually, the TV was fine, but there were no stations). Couldn't receive WiFi in the room (though we could receive the WiFi from the Holiday Inn nearby). Broken toilet paper holder. Nowhere to hang a towel—I mean nowhere: no bar, no hook, anywhere in the bathroom or room. Ended up draping it over the TV, which was otherwise useless. On the other hand, the staff was super nice, and the courtyard was a nice place to hang out and have a drink when we arrived around...
