"Toilet had sticky float. Had to jiggle it almost after every flush. Faucet in kitchenette dropped. Otherwise enjoyable stay. Front desk staff were exceptional "

"The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating but the restaurant inside the hotel was terrible. The service and staff w weren’t very helpful or nice. When we addressed our concerns with the restaurant manager he was belligerent and rude. He over talked us, instead of hearing us out. It was an overall bad experience."

"Close to Innovation Center Metro stop. Breakfast in a small area was crowded. Many tables were not clean - please help each other by cleaning after yourself would be great. The manager was great with shuttle to the Village at Dulles Center, but its easily walkable too. Don't forget to call for a shuttle from the airport."

"We booked this hotel because of its convenient location and pet friendly. The hotel is clean but shows signs of wear. The breakfast was very good and plenty of seating. The room kitchen was stocked but the coffee maker did not work. All bath toiletries were good and used during our visit. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We were moving and Sonesta worked for us."

"The room was clean, easy to find parking lot! Staffs were nice :) I stayed total 4 days and I didn’t get sick and tired of the breakfast. It was good! Only 10 minutes away from premium outlets xD"

"I was a little disappointed that although I requested to pay at the front desk, they had already charged the credit card. However, the man at the front desk did reverse the charges. The breakfast is ok, not the best I’ve had, but not the worst. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Would stay again. ."
