"The cleaning staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. However, the front desk staff’s performance was subpar. The breakfast was satisfactory until my daughter discovered a hair in her fruit loops. Upon contacting the front desk, I was met with no assistance. As per the hotel’s instructions, I sent an email, but unfortunately, no response was received. Consequently, I have given the hotel a two-star rating due to the lack of follow-up and concern from the staff. Despite this issue, the hotel overall is a pleasant establishment."

"One star is too much for this horror. My room felt like a glorified walk-in closet, totally drab and depressing. White sheet and blanket, bare walls. I felt like a priest staying at a seminary. Until I looked at the bed. Then I felt even worse. There was a bedbug, right in the middle of the mattress. I had arrived late and there was no one there. No other rooms taken, no manager. I was simply left the front door key and the room key. After seeing the bedbug (dead, at least), I felt I had no choice but to take an Uber to my son's house and sleep on the couch. When I wrote the owner/manager the next day and asked for my money back, the response was, "How do I know that you did not bring it with you.""
