"I love the location. It's next to a lot of great restaurants, stores, and activities. It's also close to a Metro stop. The hours for the hotel restaurant and bar are not ideal. It closes at 9pm. The bar should at least be open to 10pm or 11pm."

"The room had a weird odor. And appliances were all plugged out, I had to move furniture in order to put the fridge in. Breakfast is subpar and there are no shuttles to the airport"

"AC was inadequate, limited control, wasn’t comfortable for sleeping, didn’t cool room well enough. Bed too soft, had a topper. A fan in the bedroom might have helped."

"Please save your money and book somewhere else. Calling this establishment a "hotel" is incredibly misleading, it is a poorly maintained motel at best. The entire parking lot smells like urine and is crawling with cockroaches. The rooms clearly haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The floors were covered in hair, dust, and crumbs, and the bathroom floor was covered in layers of water stains in front of the sink as if its never been cleaned between customers. It felt incredibly unsanitary....

"Check in was easy as possible. Staff were exceptionally kind. Ty especially was a stand out. Stayed twice back to back since my first stay was so good."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is...

"The hotel is a beautifully situated in the heart of downtown Bethesda and excellent walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. However, the bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable and we had to travel a few floors to get ice because the ice machine on our floor was broken and the floor below us. Leaving us to have to navigate 2 flights of stairs or elevator wait time just to retrieve ice."
