Stunning views from the top of Bamford Edge looking towards Ladybower reservoir, the walk from the road takes around 25 minutes and is quite steep for the 1st half of the walk, but the views from the top are just staggering

Popular places to visit

Taken from Ashopton Viaduct on the A57 Snake Pass Road, nice views back towards Fairholmes Visitor Centre from which we set off on a circular 5.5 mile walk. This is just about halfway now and still a nice day, with views in all directions. Nice!
