The room was clean and really big. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a good itinerary for our visit. The location is perfect right by Banff Ave close to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops.

What’s not to love great staff and wonderful location with town only a 15 min walk or free shuttle bus this was great place to stay with the best coffee in room you could ask for

Excellent location to downtown Banff

Super friendly staff, great location. Highly recommend

We had a lovely two-night stay at Canalta Lodge and received such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to Adreana, who was absolutely lovely and made both check-in and check-out such a pleasant experience. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing, and we really enjoyed having our own balcony. The lodge also offers some lovely complimentary extras — we were given free bus passes for three days, which we ultimately didn’t need during our stay, but thought was a...

Room was beautiful, staff super helpful, breakfast all we needed, hot tub great if a little too hot. Laundry really useful. Location perfect. Free parking. Wish we'd stayed longer.

Superb stay

Great spacious rooms, with good amenities and affordable prices.

Excellent location, close to everything in Banff. Excellent staff and great facilities with a really good breakfast. Brilliant stay, would recommend

Great location and did exactly the job it was rented to do!

My family and I all absolutely loved the Moxy Banff! Beautiful, modern, full of fun. The large rooms and facilities were excellent. The pool area was lovely, particularly in the evening when it was lit up with neon lights and fire pits. Great gym, lovely bar area with games, great music and snacks! I celebrated my 50th birthday there and there were so many personal touches made to make me feel special that day. Big thanks to Lawrence for my birthday surprise and to all the lovely staff. The hotel was in a excellent location ( the bus stop to the airport was right in the car park) . Helpful staff, excellent restaurant.

The room was spacious ultra clean local amenities excellent and the are was beautiful with everything really close. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and very welcoming

I found the hotel to be of a good standard in a Fabulous location. Everything is walkable from the hotel and the underground parking is great. Hotel is currently being renovated which lead to the 4 instead of 5 stars for cleanliness as it's getting a lot of work. Pool hot tub steam rooms all great.i would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay

I just loved it here. Stayed here before and came back. Comfortable, peaceful, friendly, free regular courtesy bus into Banff… so wonderful. Price good, we love it!

Absolutely brilliant
