"Staff is what makes the stay superb! Good location although you might expect traffic within the area during rush hour which is typical in BKK. Very good breakfast selection although same exact dishes everyday which can be boring for people staying for long period like me I stayed for 2 weeks and it was same dishes everyday for breakfast but there was a variety and options for everyone. "This hotel is very high end. The rooms are Morden luxurious and have all amenities that you could want. The in room dining service was very good as was the gym amd breakfast. The spa services were good but was an onsen so had to go in naked with separate facilities for men and woman. The massage was good and all services were very cheap compared to the UK. Was central and near good shopping services. Would highly recommend. Oh and the staff were very attentive."
