"We could not fault this hotel, it was exquisite. From arrival to departure, the staff went above and beyond! My only complaint is that this hotel appears to be a preferred destination of a specific nationality who I observed to be rude and disrespectful to the thai staff on multiple occasions which I did find a little distressing to watch."

"Very nice, modern hotel. Great staff, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is top rate. location of this property is in the business district. Not great for walking anywhere, area is very dirty."

"Beautifully designed hotel, very stylish & every little detail thought off! Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice & the french toast was the best we have ever had! Highly recommended. Loved the pool area, great for relaxing. All staff very helpful & they recommended a great restaurant for us by the river with excellent views of wat Arun. Will definitely stay here again, along with other standard hotels in different cities. Oh and the heated toilet seat was a nice surprise!"
