Very clean. Ask for a room towards the back for quietness. Very noisy facing Khao Sand road. Great pool and friendly staff.

We stayed for 28 nights. Everything was great. The room was large. The service was wonderful. The hotel for us was quiet. We aren't big partiers, but I couldn't hear the party. The pool area was very nice. The elevators worked fast so you weren't waiting around.

We stayed in the family room on the 5th floor. This side of the hotel is attached to the bars. So it sounds like there partying in your bathroom.

This place is great if you are there to party only. Staying up late and not caring if your room is maintained. Otherwise it is super loud until 4am and it is hard to get new towels and amenities. We had to ask everyday for towels and some days they were out. They didn't even have hand towels, so you have the one towel for everything.

The pool bar didnt have supplies for smoothies, they didnt clean the room even if you left the clean riom sign on door. I asked frint desk to have my room and it was ignored, until I asked to refunded and Id stay at a different hotel. Refund was ignored and 2 hours later the room finally got poorly done. Our dated rooms, matress on floor...its just a poor service and liw quality stay for the price. Id highly recommend avoidjng this hotel.

This was without a doubt the noises hotel I have ever spent a night in. The bars were playing ridiculously loud music until 4:00 in the morning every night. Even with ear plugs in you are unable to sleep

Wer lange Wachbleiben kann, ok!!!
Da ich am Ende meiner Asien Reise über Bangkok Abreise, will ich immer ein letztes Mal krachen lassen und Khao San ist dafür bestimmt. Das Hotel mit seinem sauberen Pool auf dem Dach perfekter Lage( nicht geeignet für Menschen die sich über lauter Musik beschweren) passt ideal. Lediglich die Klimaanlage war schwer zu regulieren.
