The staff at the Movenpick were so kind to us and helpful with all of our requests. We loved the pool, the chocolate hour, and the clean room. If I had one small issue it was that our key cards kept deactivating, making us need to ask for help with getting in the room several times - I'd suggest the hotel looks into getting this fixed. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay. Very grateful to the staff for their hard work and the great job they do.

Upon checking our room over we noticed that the shower was full of mold. 30 minutes later we were given another room which wasn’t much better. This is our 3rd stay with this property for a total of 8 nights during our recent trip to Thailand. It seems that the tower where you check in is much cleaner than the 2nd tower. I would consider this a 3-4 star due to the lack of cleanliness. Other than that the staff was great.

Toilet wldnt flush properly air con vent was extremely noisy and even on lowwasblasting straight towards tge bed. It was so strong you could see the tissue paper flapping in the wind. Towels and bathrobes all had stains that were old and nlooked dirty. They need to ovrrhaul the hotel and imptove tgeir hiusekeeping

Everything was good except for the shower. The water temperature wasn't stable and it became too hot all of sudden and cold after at multiple intervals so it was really hard to have a proper show as i had to avoid the extreme hot water.

This property felt grubby. The hallways stunk of cigarette smoke even though its supposed to be non-smoking. The room was not clean. Hair in the bathtub. I found the staff unhelpful. The lobby is nice but that's about it. I wouldn't say this is a 5 star hotel. 3 at best. Book the Amari instead.

Location is a bit far to walk to Terminal 21. Hotel does provide transport to T21 if you can wait for the next available. I felt breakfast spread is catered more for guests from India and middle east. Cafe latte taste can be improved. Overall I am happy with the stay at this hotel.

Pleasant stay, but below Movenpick Euro standards!
A pleasant stay with friendly staff and good food. However the standard of the room, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance fall far below the standards of a Movenpick Hotel in Europe. I mean really basic things that are easy to remedy. For example the shower head was slimy brown and the shower grout was black with mildew. The bedside cabinets were broken and missing drawer handles. The free Tuktuk shuttle was good but the requirement to be seated in it 10 minutes before departure in the intense tropic sweaty heat was unnecessary!

Centrally located and not too far from BTS. Also good if you have appointments at Bumrungrad Hospital as we did. Good value for money overall. Especially like the rooftop bar. Main negatives are the weak internet which we found unacceptable. Second just a suggestion but would be good to offer craft beer at the bar as this has become a norm at many upscale places.
