they STOLE MY PASSPORT AND US CASH then didnt want me to see the cameras. theres a secret door / cameras theyre using to watch the room and go through your belongings. DO NOT BOOK they almost had me trapped in thailand. 000000/10

Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport
As airport hotels go this is a decent one. We only stayed 1 night and no complaints. Did a late check in and early checkout and had no issues. The property and room and bathroom looked clean and bed was comfortable.

From start to go, a great stay. Wonderful hotel, amazing breakfast, friendly staff and the free tuk tuk transport to the metro is a must. Highly recommend if you want some luxury in your life.

Door staff are extremely friendly & helpful along with the reception staff, pool staff and the rooftop bar staff. Place is immaculate. It’s my second time staying at the hotel. I would highly recommend it
