Late checkout, great pool and bar, and beautiful spa! Pang at the spa does an awesome job! 50 percent off treatments at certain times for Hyatt members. Also, a really nice and quiet room. I will be back when departing from BKK in 2 weeks .

The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, accommodating, and nice. The only cons are the elevators and the area - too small and sometimes you have to wait a while to get upstairs. As for the area - it’s a very touristy location so expect a lot of traffic if taking a grab car. ...
