"I don’t travel much anymore so I don’t keep up with current hotel policy. I didn’t realize that you have to turn on a light on a panel if you want to have your room cleaned up. But someone brought me what I needed so I’m ok with that. Bed was as expected. Staff was very helpful."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"Avoid staying in the area in general if you can. Staff wasn’t really friendly minus one cleaning staff who let me in back to my room before check out when my keys stop working and went to the front desk twice to try and fix it. No restaurants or food service with in walking distance "

"My recent stay at Hotel Revival Baltimore exceed my expectations. Check-in process was easy, staff friendly, professional and efficient. Helpful with suggestions for dining. Room was clean, pleasant, water in shower did not get very hot but pleasantly warm. Mattress a little lumpy but provided a pleasant night's rest. A little noisy near the elevator and loud noise outside. Overall good stay as usual, will book again!"

"I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place."

"Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m."

"The staff stole an $80 medicated rub from my wifes toiletries that she uses on my back (I've broken 13 vertabra in the past and that's why I have it). It was in a tote bag on the ground next the phone in the room. We came back from lunch and the tote bag was empty. They had emptied the trash but not other cleaning was done like they took it and never came back. We requested they come back to the room 6 times. Nothing was done BUT they did come to ask about missing clothes someone had forgotten...

"Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. "
