We had a handicap room (I booked ahead and chose the wrong room) and the roll-in shower was easy to use, but the water went outside of the shower curtain due to a design flaw. "I have stayed here multiple times. Levi is always the absolute best!! Checked in a little later this time so I missed him. But the lady working at the front desk was so sweet. The next morning as I was leaving early I saw some of the house keepers coming in for their shift. They spoke to me and were so sweet considering I was having a hard morning I truly appreciated the kindness. The staff is always a pleasure to do business with. Definitely will return AGAIN.
