"Pool doesn't open until 3pm. Wifi didn't work for half the trip in our suite. Others reported problems and we still didn't have internet so I couldn't work. YouTube didn't work on the TV. Bartender on the rooftop pool area pushes tips even with bad service thinking everyone is a foreigner. Disappointing ..."
