This place is more of a makeshift accommodation than a hotel. The room is so small that you can rest your hands on the bed while using the toilet. The corridors are extremely narrow, making it very challenging to carry your bags. At over 100 euros, it's too expensive for such poor accommodations.r 100 euros, it's too expensive for such poor accommodations.

a lovely accommodating staff. really! we came early and they checked us in, we had an issue with the room on the first night and they changed the room for the second night. The facility itself is ok. Very central, walkable and convenient (we rarely used public transport) and rooms vary.

In the heart of Rambla

Excellent location in the heart of Rambla. Walking distance to Liceu metro station. Hotel was clean. Very small lobby and stairways. The elevator starts one level up so you have to carry your luggage on floor up. They do not have breakfast but lots of places to eat nearby. Very safe location.

Nice and beautiful hotel close to the rambla in a strategic position well served from public transport. Our room was little but proportionate to the price we paid. Every day if you want the cleaning staff tidy up your room and change the towels. There is air conditioning and the windows are soundproofed. Given than all the rooms are for non-smokers people and there isn't a balcony there is a terrace where you can go to smoke. The staff was kind and professional, there always someone in the reception ready to help you for you needs. Beautiful experience, thank you all the staff

I had an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share my stay or rather, lack thereof. Upon arrival late at night, I encountered a member of the front desk staff who was not only unhelpful but downright rude. I had a guest with me, and instead of handling the situation with professionalism, the staff member abruptly told me I wasn’t allowed to have guests and threatened to call the police unless I left the premises immediately. I was shocked and deeply embarrassed by this treatment, especially considering I had already paid for the room. In an attempt to resolve the situation peacefully, I asked to speak to a manager or to change rooms, but my requests were dismissed without consideration. The aggressive tone and behavior of the night staff left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome, forcing me to leave the hotel altogether. Additionally, the room itself—what little time I spent in it—was far below expectations. It was extremely small and reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as non-smoking. The odor was so strong it was unbearable, making the room completely uninhabitable. Given that I was unable to stay the night due to the staff’s conduct and the poor condition of the room, I am requesting a full refund. I believe this is a fair and justified request given the circumstances. I would strongly urge management to address the behavior of their night staff and to ensure their rooms are properly maintained and advertise
