"Everything"

"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"Property was great, our room was perfect. They have a great common area right outside the main building with a fire pit, sitting area, pool and games. Beach is a 5 minute walk"

"No one was available at the desk from 9pm on. Our shower rod fell down and no one was around to assist. We waited I til morning and no one was at the desk at 9am. We left, no shower. No closet, hangers, iron, hair dryer. Towels were of poor quality."

"Clean, comfortable place with a solidly decent continental breakfast- included hot foods and yogurts. Would stay here again."

"Room was lovely, cool and clean on a hot summer day in June! Even though we were only in town for 1 night we throughly enjoyed the property and thankful we were able to grab coffee at the Continental Breakfast by 7am as we were leaving to travel home. Such a convenience!"

"Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the exterior doors didn’t lock, and back entrance could have used some love. The shower was hard to operate and on our second day we couldn’t get the hot water to work."

"The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties."

"I chesse on my pizza, so when I went to the pool I pooped in pool and wash my clothes in yÿpools"

"I will come back. The sounds of the ⛪️ Church bells and the beautiful grounds with the lake right there. I would definitely recommend."

"Very clean inside and out. Peaceful environment birds, flowers and acrossthe street you see boats coming and going. They have a outdoor pool and hot tub close to Weirs beach and the NH pavilion. Convenient and clean. "

"Temperature in room felt stale. When air conditioner was on, it smelt like cigarettes. The fridge was frozen over and not working. There were long and short hairs in the shower not belonging to any"

"Great place to stay with the family. When my daughter left her stuffed puppy behind they shipped it out for us with a Steele Hill Resorts stuffed animal to keep her puppy company on the journey back home."
