"Hotel was clean a staff were great. Breakfast was excellent.
Only complaint is the parking. Since it’s right off the pike lots of trucks park overnight so finding a spot was extremely difficult. They take up 2-4 spaces each depending on the size of the rig and they don’t bother parking further away so they make getting around the lot very tight and dangerous."

"The hotel was great, but we were a little frustrated with our check-in process. We were told to come back to the desk when we returned to the hotel, as they were switching over the locks and our key wasn't ready. We let them know we would be arriving late after a concert. "I felt very welcome! I had a pretty rough journey into Springfield, but they started my trip off on the right note. I felt like I got real hospitality, and they were very helpful in terms of helping me orient to the town and figure out where things are. The room was even more spacious than I thought, I thought I got a room for one but it could have effectively housed a small family. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Springfield."

"10/10 - I would stay here again. I read some bad reviews and was nervous. But everything was perfect! The pool is massive and the pool area beautiful. Other highlights were the friendly staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. Bonus - My family took a 4 minute walk to the Keltic Table and Tap. Again, great service and food. It was music bingo night and we had so much fun."
