"Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed here one night but would never stay here on multiple nights. The location, however, was excellent."

"Overall, I enjoyed my 9‑day stay at this studio. It’s in a great neighborhood, close to everything, and felt safe and convenient. The space itself was comfortable, but I did run into two issues: the housekeeper only came once during my entire stay, and there was an ant infestation that required constant treating. Despite that, the location and general comfort made it a decent stay."

"Was in our room sleeping and at 3:15 in the morning another guest walked into our room. They were given the same exact PIN number to our room. We both were given the same pin to the room. It was a scary situation coming out of our sleep at 3:15 am. After the situation was taken care of we was frightened to go back to sleep."

"First thing if it’s going to be self check in the place should be loaded with towels, couldn’t get anyone to bring me fresh towels, unit was ok but the couches are filthy use a couch cover or get them professionally cleaned. Located near everything was a plus it was ok for the money we spent"
