"Everything was very well kept and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were SO much nicer than we expected and had everything we needed right down to the coffee maker and provided coffee! It was very helpful to be able to have a full fridge, kitchen and washer/dryer with two kids. The resort was family friendly with many other traveling families. "We loved everything about this place. It felt warm and inviting. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Everybody goes out of there to say hello. Most of the employees are bilingual. The room is beautiful and shower is amazing. Great water pressure. The pillows are so comfy. Umbrella and lounge chairs for beach are complementary. Kumo is delicious and has amazing waitstaff. Thank you again for taking such good care of us. It made our vacation that much more memorable. "

"Great location. Beach is right across the street. Once you get there you just have to show your room key and you get free chairs and umbrellas. Pool is also a nice perk. Seating is really comfortable and the pool itself was nice (water was pretty warm). The bar by the pool is convenient for drinks and bites. Room was small but nice. Breakfast each morning was pretty great. Eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and bagels. Made it really easy. "

"One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. "

"Great location, 3 blocks from the beach, great restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and air conditioning worked well. Shared kitchen needs a deep clean. Bugs visible during the day. Device on roof of our room was loud and starts up every hour or so kept waking us up at night."

"Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! "

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

"I will be contradicting myself in this review. 7 days stay with the top room and Ocean view. The staff was amazing. The lobbies, cafe, mezzanine and bar were not only aesthetically stunning but immaculate. The atmosphere was lively. The gift shop was well stocked and convenient. Issue was with the room. It was dilapidated. I wish I could include pictures. The tile floors were greasy and slippery. There was mold and peeling paint in the ceiling. The air conditioning unit was loud and leaking.The...
