"The elevator by the reception area gave us a fright the 3 time we used it, where it stopped in mid service, made some clunking noise and was stuck for a few long seconds. After that it went out of service. The room is basic and dated but serves the purpose. Bed was comfortable and clean. The receptionists seemed to feel like they are security more. "Lovely hotel in a great location it used to be a cinema and still has that vibe, ok the bathroom was a bit dated and the zircon was a bit noisy but the shower worked, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, we had a lovely stay"
