"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a huge variety of food, so there is something for everyone. It was a great way to start each day.
A special thank you to Michael, who went above and beyond to help us get connecting rooms so we could stay close to our children. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He made a real difference to our stay.

"We had an amazing stay at the W hotel the palm Dubai. The check in was amazing and Rose explained everything very clearly regarding the hotel and the all-inclusive package. The hotel and the room was spotlessly clean and the food in all the restaurants was amazing.
