"Staff were very helpful assisting with luggage to and from our room. However, we were disappointed with the room as we booked and paid for an economy double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette. What we got was a small “L” room with a double bedroom, wardrobe, desk, a bar fridge, a small hand basin and very little room to manoeuvre between the end of the bed and window. "2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....
