"I have stayed at this property before and it is a little worse for wear for sure but still very clean and presentable. I know it's early in the season so that may be the reason but I did not find a lot of staff around to guide or ask questions of. I also realized heading into my stay that it was the school vacation week so as one would expect - lots of children running around!"

"From check in to check out Jay was phenomenally hospitable. It was a lovely and safe solo stay with my dog. Breakfast was punctual, the room was comfortable and clean, and my dog had everything she needed. While some things were closed for the season, it was still an enjoyable stay. The comfort room in particular was very relaxing. I would definitely choose this resort for future stays in the Cape and recommend it to others."

If you want to get real info from this place, you must dig and find their local number or you will not get correct info and the manager will not approve any credits for downgrades due to incorrect info. "The overall vibe of this hotel is rundown. The TV had issues that the owner and husband had to come fix. When I left for breakfast in the morning and returned, my key card wouldn’t let me in. The furniture had broken handles. I was underwhelmed by it all."
