We didn’t stay. We left for a hotel. Advertised 3 beds and instead it was 2 beds and a rolled up body pillow mattress with questionable stains trying to be passed off as a bed. Walls didn’t look clean, pillows yellow and a giant questionable stain on the main bed. When messaged they said they couldn’t accommodate us but then hotels contacted them and they jumped. Didn’t replace the sheets or pillows, only put a sheet in the body pillow. We said too late and left to a clean hotel. DO NOT BOOK.

Comfortable enough, great location, great views

A very nice apartment building with all facilities closed by. Some maintenance work needed but that isn't unusual in these apartments. Lovina management staff were excellent, courteous and attentive

I felt disappointed when I step into the unit The whole unit was smelly and poor standard of the cleanliness as well as the Water heater was not working.Alot of cockroach was found on both kitchen area and toilet.

Not reccomended.

We book from 9-12February hoping to spend the CNY in batam but when we check in on the 9th feb the bathroom floor is wet,the balcony mop,bucket are outside and looks so dirty,the bed are so uncomfortable to sleep in and we couldnt sleep well and t.we check out the next day.for that price of room in batam i do expect to be good standard as hotel.

Good location but dirty, spoilt toilet door.

Good location as it’s next to jetty/ Marriott hotel, close to good spa, restaurants, amenities. Swimming pool is big and clean and good size baby wadding pool. However the condition of the apartment was very bad, floor covered with layer of dust and musky smell. Toilet door can’t be closed fully and lock was spoilt, it became troublesome for a large party. Wall paper were peeling in many areas, some tiles on the floor were loose. Balcony was dirty till we didn’t dare to step out. We had to clean the apartment and we think we left it in a better cleanliness condition than before. Please take this as constructive criticism and improve.

What a broken so call apartment house

Very difficult to check in , may be we checked in after 8 pm. The glass at the balcony was cracked, clock is not working, the toilet roll holder, soap dispenser, shower head holder are all loosen. Even worse was the entire shower cubicle and the toilet floor flooded like a stream because there was no shower cubicle door and the floor trap or drain in the shower cubicle was higher than the floor. Water slide down to the washing basin area. Any one takes shower will flood the entire toilet. One of the formica board in the wardrobe came off and stuck the 2 wardrobe doors. When sleeping, the bed frame was found broken. Is this suitable for tourist?????????

Location is just beside Harbour Bay ferry terminal. There are many shops around. Easy to access the property. During night time, noise level can be quite loud as there are few bars/ night clubs around the area but it’s still bearable. Overall the place is clean.

Honest Review: I thought this could be a scam because I was unable to find the property on google maps. It seemed too good to be true. The place is absolutely wonderful. It was very clean, great view of the water, a very good location and very helpful landlord.

Well-appointed apartment with full facilities (pool, gym, sauna). Great location above shopping mall and ferry terminal. Convenient check-in and check-out. Owner provided extra mattress to accommodate my kids.
