"Room was spacious, clean, up to date and comfortable. Nice bed and linens. Location was perfect for out need to access Lewis University and just off the interstate. Nice pool and hot tub, GREAT breakfast included. Plenty of close parking. Nice welcome and check in was easy. Good coffee readily available!"

"First of all, when I thought I was booking a jacuzzi room on Expedia, I was not. I got there, no jacuzzi in my suite, lady on the phone said "well, you booked a suite, not a jacuzzi room," and didn't offer any more assistance on the matter. So if you're hoping to get a jacuzzi in the room like the pictures show, just know you can't book it directly on Expedia or their website, because it wasn't there either. The lady who checked us in was a different person, and she was phenomenal. She must work...

"Very strong odor throughout the property all throughout different floors/hallways/room. It was a persistent odor that smelled like a mix of grease and pungent food smells. The room itself smelled weird as well almost like stale something, which made me question the cleanliness. The pool was under renovation, lots of areas of the property looked rundown. Walls cut with exposed pipes and the lobby restrooms both stated out of order. It felt more like a motel, thankfully I was not staying alone...

"My girlfriend and I are both local and we’re five minutes from our house. The only reason we rented their room was for my girlfriend‘s birthday. To lay around and be lazy and sit in the hot tub. The hot tub was not working when we got down there. I told the guy sitting at the front desk. He told me there was nothing he could do even though he had been in there previously into a control room to get it started again. I asked for my money back. And I was told that would not happen. "Hot tub wasn't working, I cut my foot on my bottom of the hot tub. The power went out for about 5-10 mins. You have to pay almost $20 a person for breakfast that wasn't worth it!! Very unhappy stay! "

"The staff at the desk was very welcoming upon arrival. She answered questions before I asked them! When I returned in the evening she was kind and offered a coupon for breakfast the next day! Luis, at the breakfast was also very kind he brought my breakfast to me and customized my fruit choices. I believe the people that represent the hotel are the ones thar bring people back again "
