I will start with the positives. The flat itself is quite nice. Each room is a good size, The bathroom is lovely, but through the stay we noticed slight dirt and dust. Nothing that ruined the night itself though! The stay was a small sleepover arranged for my birthday (6 people) so the space was great for this! Our only wish was that there was a TV in the living room/kitchen. But this...

"We had a wonderful room, the lady who checked us in was extremely kind. We enjoyed having the concierge downstairs who took our suitcases and allowed us to roam around London until our room was ready. The restaurants were OK. The service was terrible at the steakhouse, but much better at the sushi restaurant.
The location of this hotel was perfect. We were close to Big Bend, the tower of London, right off Westminster Bridge. Absolutely loved this place.
You do need to make a reservation to use...

"From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the full English breakfast and overall food experience. The hotel is centrally located to all main sites that made our booked excursions/tours convenient. The only downside to the hotel is that the rooms are a little snug. Otherwise my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation."
