"We arrived at about 730pm and were greeted by a very sweet receptionist. Our room was clean and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable king size bed! As it was summer, we were also provided a portable fan in the room, should it become too warm. We had a great dinner at the Feathers Pub and a swift check out in the morning. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Unfortunately, the room temperature was hot beyond any reasonable level. Being British and living in an old home here in the UK I understand how hot upper level rooms can get in the extreme heat and was expecting the temperature to be excessive. The actual temperature was beyond extreme and the fan provided did not oscillate and was extremely noisy. Our room (the best)was located in a converted bungalow over the road , on arrival i was handed rhe keys and told its over there!! "The rooms aren't actually in/ above the pub, there is a separate building out the back with the rooms. The building isn't anywhere near as attractive at the pub! I was a little disappointed as it was a birthday present to go to The Henry Moore Foundation, dinner and stay over. The rooms are nice, we had a king room and the bed was huge and comfy- no complaints about the rooms themselves, other than they were very hot. I would stay again if in the area, but not as a special occasion."
