"Room is not clean. No Air condition, no electric fan. We feel that we are in sauna when we are inside the room. Bed bugs are active."

"1 night Twin Room stay. Quiet. Close to train station, supermarkets, walkable to old town. Elevator. There was a small portable fan in the room. Comfortable bed. No hand towel. Had to self check in & input check-in details first in their system myself then on my phone even though there was a staff member there & it was standard check-in time."

"I realised it was a hostel but it really was basic and not the best for a family. Live a learn and pay a bit more next time."
