"Everything was great! We asked to be switched to another room due to sanitary reasons and that was no problem. New room was fantastic, only thing that we would suggest looking at is the shower head - when turning on the shower, the shower head expelled this high pitched noise the entire time while taking a shower. But im sure thats a quick fix."

Helpful staff (sent me the airport bus schedule and instructions without prompting). Reliable hourly shuttle. Good location if you are stuck overnight at SFO. "
