"Keep in mind I stayed in the old section of the hotel. It’s loud. Extremely loud. Not just outside but also inside. After hearing the noise from upstairs I decided to try and tip toe around my room since the floors creak. Also the outside noise…4am wake up call from pressure washing sidewalks and cars blasting music and honking. The windows would vibrate from the wind and shake. The temp control fell off the wall the first time I pressed a button. There’s a line between historical and needs maintenance… Also during peak shower hours expect cold water. If you are looking for a cheap place and don’t care about amenities, noise, and functionality, this might make sense. Try getting deals at other hotels nearby."

"I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I travel frequently for both business and leisure and often choose Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties because they are usually reliable. This stay, however, fell well below my expectations. The most concerning issue was cleanliness and safety. On one occasion, a piece of glass fell from the sink area when I moved my hairdryer. It landed near my foot and, fortunately, did not cause an injury, but it was sharp enough that someone could have easily been hurt, especially in a bathroom where guests are often barefoot. The following day, I found another piece of glass hidden inside a folded towel. I didn’t notice it until I cut my finger while using the towel. Finding glass in a supposedly clean towel was extremely alarming. There were also several housekeeping issues throughout my stay. For three consecutive days, the bathroom floor mat was placed on a bench next to our clean belongings and seating area, which seemed unhygienic and unnecessary. Additionally, one afternoon I returned from work hoping to rest before a scheduled conference call, only to find that my room had not yet been serviced. Housekeeping informed me I would need to leave the room for cleaning, but I was already on a work call. While the staff member ultimately accommodated the situation, it was still frustrating. To make matters worse, when I first checked into the room late at night after a heavily delayed"

"We spent 5 minutes in the hotel and did not stay overnight. We had prepaid for the room but I did not even request reimbursement. The lobby furnishings were outdated and threadbare, the room was similarly bleak and the mattress was too, too soft. The hotel is in need of a complete overhaul and update."

"Hable con la recepcionista que por error agarre una noche mas y les pedi el reenvolso de una noche ya que mi check out fue el martes 26 de mayo no hasta el 27 de mayo y todaavia no me han hecho el reenvolso, ademas el estacionamiento es demasiado alto por el servicio"
