"Was concerned about noise when I checked in as there were lots of kids running around the lobby at 10pm, the staff informed me they were there for a basketball tournament but my room was tucked away and I had no issues. Clean and comfortable!"

"Likes-Proximity to Retail Therapy -walking distance to eating and entertainment -ample parking -pool and hot tub facilities with seating was welcomed -spacious, comfortable room with all the amenities -morning staff, including front desk and breakfast staff -breakfast buffet was fantastic, providing an assortment for all -hallways, decor and general design was pleasant Dislikes-we raised a concern as to the attention to detail on cleanliness in our room ( floor and windows) we were advised...

"I was really impressed with the Front desk staff, going above and beyond when I had an issue,. One concern, and it was specific to us, I hope. There was a cleaning gentleman who spent an odd amount of time staring at my friend's daughter in her bikini and pointing his camera at her. He repeatedly cleaned the same section of railing for almost 25 minutes. I commented to the front desk, and they said it would be investigated."

"Excellent made to order breakfast; many options in the bar for dinner. beautiful surroundings; wish it wasn't raining so we could have walked around the property. Staff was extremely helpful. we had a bit of trouble finding it, as our nav system sent us on a wild goose chase. The lady at check-in was very apologetic, really not her fault. Would stay there again. we had an issue with the TV and the shower, but nothing that would stop us from recommending it."

"The room was large and everything was nicely put together. We got a greag upgrade due to issues with our original room. The upgrade was fantastic and greatly appreciated. "

"Good location, plenty of places to eat in the area. The only issue I have, and it's common in Southern ontario. Lots of two floor places do not have elevators and I have no desire to haul luggage upstairs at my age. We managed to get a ground floor."

"Okay so this place was lowkey awesome. The pool are super nice, the whole vibe is really chic — like you feel fancy being there but it’s not stuffy at all. There’s a walkable dock close by which is a solid bonus, and the tennis court was a good time. The gym was probably the most impressive part though — the equipment is really well stocked, no complaints there. Honestly a great spot, would definitely come back."
