"It was a little challenging navigating to the lobby for chck in while dark outside but once we were there the desk agents were helfpful, kind and courteous. Our room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was adequate. There was waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage to name a few. FYI, for any one going on a cruise this hotel offers reasonable cruise parking options. "

"Our first impression was not the best. We were called on our way and were told while we couldn’t get in our room early, but we could do a pre check-in upon our arrival. When we arrived, let’s suffice it to say that the people at reception had no clue what we were talking about and were not very friendly. "I had a partial view of the beach and gulf. The room was nice. I liked the that the soaps and creams were large pump bottles."

"I really enjoyed my stay. My stay was 3 nights and I enjoyed everyday of it especially relaxing on the balcony. It was clean from the lobby to the hallways to my room and staff was very helpful and courteous. This will be my go to spot whenever I come to Galveston from now on. Breakfast was ok but they had many options which helped. Overall, excellent time there! "
