"The entire place smells like mold/mildew"

"Lower level of hotel smells like mold. Listed as complimentary breakfast, doesn’t have. Counter girl said it hasn’t had for months even though it’s still listed. Multiple times throughout my four day trips asked them to pick up trash on 3rd floor where we were staying. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Our stay was relaxing. The only issue was our A/C unit was leaking all night, we had to put towels underneath it. I noticed another review talking about the truck stop next door, it was honestly not an issue for us and it didn’t disturb us at all. The staff was very nice and attentive!"

"I booked a room with a few upgrades months before n advance. I got to the property the day of checkin only to be told that they did not have the room available. The upgrades that I had paid for didn’t matter and they had no other room to put me in. If I left and tried somewhere else, the cost would be significantly more at that point. "I wasn't expecting much, but the room was really nice and the AC worked really well, almost froze us out even in the Texas heat. Staff was great. Only thing wasn't working properly was the TV, it worked but it looked like something hit it and there's was about an 1 1/2 strip where the screen was blacked out. Room 109. Also the toilet handle probably need replacing as you have to jiggle it to stop the toilet from running all the time, waisting water. Over all great place to stay and still not far...

"NOT worth $350 a night! No housekeeping unless you ask for it, no coffee maker in the tiny room, hard metal chairs on the balcony, long waits at the elevator, ice machine not working on our floor, bar tender couldn’t even make a mojito. This motel is literally a two in one building. Home2suites and Tru. All using the same lobby, pool, and parking lot -$20 a night 2 nights cost me $800 after parking and taxes!!!"

"En general me pareció muy bien y muy cerca del space center, el desayuno bien, lo único que deberían de mejorar es en recepción, ya que varias veces íbamos por algo y no había nadie y teníamos que esperar mucho a qué alguien llegara, no se a donde se metían si a oficina o algo y como las habitaciones no tienen caja fuerte en recepción es donde estaban y no había nadie"
