"This is my goto cheap motel room in town cause the bathroom is always clean, but also THEY DONT HAVE COCKROACHES !! Which is my number one no no. The beds could definitely be replaced to be more comfortable and the rooms could use a deep cleaning on the floor, but bathroom is always clean in the room and its a great deal, you can stay twice as long instead of expensive hotel. And they have been renovated a little but i dont worry its quiet and the no bug thing is the best."

"From the moment of check-in Josh was friendly and helpful. The property is designed to provide great spaces for gathering and hanging out and has an excellent layout for this. This is a great place to host an event. We stayed in the sun cottage. And I do wish I had realized that this cottage only had street parking. This is an area where parking can be tight. Getting to down town and up to balboa park was easy but walkable restaurants are limited. I definitely needed my vehicle. Would stay here again. "
