"Wonderfully located for birding! Ask for a room at the back of the building. The ones in front have traffic noise."

"Parking was an issue on the weekend we were there. Narrow drive up and very small lot. Very cute house and front porch. But being up on the third floor was not great for old folks. Maybe good to highlight # of rooms on each floor? Coffee bar in the AM was nice. Breakfast good the AM we went, but at $20PP we only went once. Easier to grab while out which we were a lot. Cute downtown on Mission too."
